Add ClassFlow to Your Wix Site

Prerequisites

• ⚠Wix Premium plan required - free Wix sites cannot use custom embed code. You also need a custom domain connected (not yourname.wixsite.com) for the Widget Studio allowlist to match.
• ✓ A ClassFlow studio account with Widget Studio enabled.
• ✓ Your studio slug from Widget Studio.
• ✓ Your Wix custom domain added to the Widget Studio allowlist.

Step-by-step install

   Get your Wix booking URL from Widget Studio

   Go to classflow.studio → your studio → Marketing → Embeds. Select Schedule, then choose the Wix tab. Copy the secure hosted URL.

   Open the Wix Editor

   Log in to Wix and click Edit Site on the site you want to update. Navigate to the page where you want the widget.

   Add a website-address embed

   Click the blue + (Add Elements) button in the left toolbar. Go toEmbed Code → Embed a Site. Drag the block onto the page where you want the widget to appear.

   Enter the secure booking URL

   Choose Website Address, paste the hosted URL from Widget Studio, and click Apply. Do not use Embed HTML for a schedule that needs member sign-in; Wix sandboxes that code on a shared iframe origin.

   Resize the embed block

   Drag the block's bottom edge to approximately 620 px tall for a Schedule widget (or 420 px for Reviews, 200 px for a Lead form). The widget auto-expands to fill the block height. You can fine-tune after publishing.

   Publish your site

   Click Publish in the top-right corner of the Wix Editor. The widget will not load in the Editor preview - it only loads on your live published site. Open your site and confirm it appears.

   Verify in Widget Studio

   Return to Widget Studio and scroll to Where your widget is live. Your Wix domain should appear within a few minutes after the first page load.

Theming

Hosted schedules automatically use the logo, name, and primary color from Settings → Branding in ClassFlow. Update branding there; no Wix CSS or authentication plugin is required.

Multiple widgets on one page

Use a separate Website Address block for each hosted schedule. Public display widgets such as Reviews can still use the Embed HTML snippet shown in their own Widget Studio tab.

Common gotchas

• Widget is blank in Editor preview.Expected - Wix's Editor sandboxes iframes. Always test on the published live site.
• Wrong domain in allowlist.If your site is atwww.yourstudio.com, add that exact domain (withwww) to Widget Studio - not the apex domain.
• Free plan blocks embeds.Wix free plan does not support custom HTML embeds - upgrade to any Premium plan.
• Mobile height. Wix has separate mobile layouts. Switch to the mobile editor and resize the embed block there independently.
