Standard CSV import support is included in onboarding. Custom transformations, vendor work and additional implementation are quoted before work starts.

ClassFlow Connect adds a focused workflow alongside a supported booking or CRM system. Choose what you need, and we’ll confirm source compatibility and activation terms.

Standalone Connect access is separate from the Full Platform plan. Source readiness and the terms for your chosen products are confirmed before activation.

How much does Full ClassFlow cost?

$399 per studio / month when activated. That is the published list price for the Full Platform software subscription. Your studio’s terms are shown before you activate paid services.

What is the 7-day setup and exploration period?

You have 7 days from workspace creation to configure your studio, review imports and explore the product. No card is required. Live sending, payments and other paid services stay off until you approve activation.

Does billing start automatically after 7 days?

No. Your $399 subscription begins only after you approve Full Platform activation. We show the plan, provider requirements and any separate costs, and you accept the Terms of Service, before paid services begin.

What does the $399 Full Platform subscription include?

It includes the core software for scheduling, booking, memberships, packs, billing records, classes, staff operations, sales follow-up, retention, referrals, rewards, reporting, and AI-assisted tasks and drafts for staff review. Relay, Pulse, Momentum, and Circle are included in Full ClassFlow, so Full Platform studios do not pay again for the same product access.

Which services are priced separately?

Payment processing, managed email and SMS, provider-backed services, billable AI, native app rollout, and custom implementation are scoped separately before activation. Live email, SMS, and billable AI use require paid activation.

Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee?

No. ClassFlow is month-to-month with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime in Settings > Billing; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again.
