Move to ClassFlow without breaking momentum
We handle the messy part: exports, imports, billing setup, scheduling cleanup, and launch sequencing. The goal is a cleaner switch for your team and a cleaner experience for your members.
Guided Migration
Import planning and launch support are included
Low-Disruption Launch
Member communication and schedule timing are planned before go-live
Clean Handoff
Exports, imports, billing setup, and checks happen in a clear sequence
Three Steps to Switch
A clear import plan, validation pass, and launch checklist keep the switch manageable for staff and members.
Export Your Data
Pull the most complete member, membership, purchase, and schedule exports your current provider makes available. Vendor access and report names can change.
Import Your Data
Review the source files with ClassFlow, confirm the supported mapping, and validate a staged import. Required cleanup depends on the columns, data quality, and payment-provider handoff.
Go Live
Reconcile record counts and balances, test critical staff and member workflows, communicate the cutover, and launch against an agreed checklist.
What Transfers
We map the source export first, then confirm what can import and what needs review.
Mapped where source provenance is clear; otherwise reconciled manually
Depends on source export fields
Mapped after source review
Requires processor migration or secure member re-entry
We help you recreate them in ClassFlow
Export
A starting checklist for gathering source files. Vendor menus and export access can change, so confirm the current path in your account or with vendor support.
Moving from
Log in to your Mindbody owner account and go to Reports.
Run the "Client Index" report - export all clients as CSV.
Run "Revenue by Service Category" to capture membership details.
Review both CSVs with the ClassFlow team so the import mapping and validation scope can be confirmed.
