Straight answers before you choose or activate ClassFlow.
Understand the $399 Full Platform, the 14-day setup period, Connect products, migration, paid messaging, AI review, apps, and data without piecing together five different pages.
Account and setup
What opening a workspace does—and does not do.
What happens after I create a ClassFlow account?
ClassFlow creates a studio workspace for setup, imports, configuration, and product exploration. Live email, SMS, billable AI, payment processing, and other provider-backed services remain off until the applicable paid activation and readiness checks are complete.
Do I need a card to create the setup workspace?
No card is required to create the setup workspace. Any payment method, agreement, provider setup, or activation requirement is shown before a paid service is activated.
Can I explore ClassFlow before moving live operations?
Yes. You can configure the workspace, review workflows, inspect import requirements, and prepare a launch plan while the current system remains authoritative. Creating the workspace does not move live operations or start paid services by itself.
Is ClassFlow only for established studios?
No. New studios can configure their operating model before launch, and established studios can plan a controlled migration. The setup, data, payment, and launch work differs, so ClassFlow confirms the path before activation.
Pricing and activation
The $399 subscription, the 14-day setup period, and separate services.
How much does Full ClassFlow cost?
$399 per studio / month when activated. That is the published list price for the Full Platform software subscription. Studio-specific terms are shown before activation.
What is the 14-day setup and exploration period?
The 14-day setup and exploration period gives your team workspace access for setup, imports, configuration, and product exploration. It is not full paid-service access. The setup and exploration period starts when your ClassFlow studio workspace is created. It is not a promise of free service until migration, go-live, or a first member payment.
Does billing start automatically after 14 days?
No. Full Platform list price is $399 per studio monthly. Billing begins only after you approve Full Platform activation; it does not begin automatically at go-live or after a first member payment. Exact terms, provider and data readiness, and any required manual setup are shown before activation.
What does the $399 Full Platform subscription include?
It includes the core software for scheduling, booking, memberships, packs, billing records, classes, staff operations, sales follow-up, retention, referrals, rewards, reporting, and AI-assisted tasks and drafts for staff review. Relay, Pulse, Momentum, and Circle are included in Full ClassFlow, so Full Platform studios do not pay again for the same product access.
Which services are priced separately?
Payment processing, managed email and SMS, provider-backed services, billable AI, native app rollout, and custom implementation are scoped separately before activation. Live email, SMS, and billable AI use require paid activation.
Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee?
The current agreement term, renewal language, cancellation process, and any applicable fee are shown in writing before activation. ClassFlow does not ask a buyer to infer those terms from a marketing page.
Migration
How source data, payments, timing, and scope are confirmed.
How does migration from another studio platform work?
ClassFlow reviews a representative export, maps the records your studio needs, validates the import, plans the payment-provider handoff, and agrees on the cutover sequence before ClassFlow becomes authoritative.
Which records can be migrated?
Typical scope includes member profiles, products, memberships, credit balances, future bookings, and selected history when the source export contains reliable fields. The final record and history scope is confirmed after the export review.
Will saved cards and autopay details transfer automatically?
Not automatically. Payment credentials require an approved processor-to-processor migration path when one is available. ClassFlow confirms the source processor, destination account, transfer requirements, and any member action before launch.
How long does migration take, and does it cost extra?
Timing depends on export access, data quality, memberships, bookings, payment-provider work, locations, and validation needs. Migration planning and standard CSV import support are part of Full Platform onboarding; custom transformation, source-vendor, processor, or data-access work may be separate and is confirmed in writing first.
ClassFlow Connect
What each product does and how compatibility is verified.
What are Relay, Pulse, Momentum, and Circle?
Relay handles instructor coverage and class handoffs. Pulse helps staff identify and follow up with members who may be drifting. Momentum keeps leads, intro progress, conversations, and follow-up together. Circle manages referrals, milestones, rewards, and delivery.
Does ClassFlow Connect replace my current system?
No. Connect is for studios keeping an approved external source system. ClassFlow confirms which records the selected product can read, which actions are permitted, refresh timing, and any approved write-back before activation.
How do I know whether my current system can connect?
Compatibility is checked against the exact data, permissions, account scope, and workflow the selected product requires. ClassFlow confirms that setup for your studio instead of treating a provider name or logo as proof.
Can I combine Connect products, and are they included in Full ClassFlow?
Connect products can be requested independently or combined. All four experiences are included with Full ClassFlow, so a Full Platform studio does not pay again for the same product access.
Where can I see current Connect prices?
The pricing page and each product page show current published catalog terms when the live catalog is available. Exact source-data readiness, permissions, and any manual setup are confirmed before activation.
AI, messaging, and data
Staff control, paid channels, payments, exports, and rollout boundaries.
Will ClassFlow AI send messages or change accounts on its own?
No AI-assisted draft or proposal is sent or applied merely because AI prepared it. Staff review the relevant studio context, and staff permissions and studio policy control consequential actions. Live messaging and billable AI also require paid activation and provider readiness.
Who receives the money when members pay?
Member payments settle to the studio through its configured payment account. Payment processing rates, account readiness, payout timing, and provider terms are separate from the $399 software subscription and are confirmed before activation.
Can I export my studio data?
ClassFlow is designed to keep studio data exportable. The available export, retention, and deletion procedures depend on the record type and legal obligations, and those boundaries are documented in the applicable product and privacy terms.
Is a native branded mobile app included?
Full ClassFlow includes branded web booking, checkout, member-account, and on-demand experiences. Native white-label iOS and Android rollout, store credentials, wallet setup, commercial scope, and timing are confirmed separately during onboarding.
Can an international studio activate ClassFlow?
It depends on the country, currency, tax, payment-provider, SMS, and data-transfer requirements. ClassFlow confirms those readiness items and any unavailable service before activation.
Bring us the workflow, source data, or commercial term you need confirmed.
We will answer against your studio's actual setup and put activation terms in writing before a paid service starts.
