Yes. ClassFlow supports class capacity, rooms, machine options, booking rules and waitlists, alongside exercise libraries and class templates. Configure those tools around your studio’s teaching model.
Can I bring my members and memberships over?
We review your source export before confirming what can move. Typical records include member profiles, products, memberships, credit balances, future bookings and selected history. Standard CSV import support is included in Full Platform onboarding; custom data work is scoped separately.
Will saved cards and autopay transfer?
Not automatically. Payment credentials need an approved processor migration path where one is available. We confirm the payment setup and any member action before launch.
Is a branded member app included?
The branded web booking and member account experience is included in Full ClassFlow. A native white-label app and its store rollout are scoped separately during onboarding.
