What does Studio AI actually do?
It uses the studio records a staff member is allowed to see to find work that needs attention and prepare a reply, follow-up, class briefing, or class draft. The result appears where staff already work, ready to review.
How is it different from a general chatbot?
A general chatbot responds to a prompt. Studio AI can use current schedules, member history, conversations, sales progress, and approved programming to prepare work for a specific studio task.
What makes ClassFlow Studio AI proprietary?
ClassFlow builds the studio software that brings member history, class information and studio rules into useful follow-up, briefings and staff tools. That software is proprietary to ClassFlow. It can use external AI models; the term does not mean ClassFlow created the underlying general-purpose model.
Will ClassFlow AI send messages or change accounts on its own?
Preparing an AI draft or proposal does not send a message or change an account. Staff can review the details, and staff permissions and studio rules control what can happen next. Live messaging and billable AI require paid activation and the relevant services to be ready.
Can AI help prepare Pilates and Xformer classes?
Yes. It can prepare a class draft using the studio exercise library, cues, templates, load tags, class rules, and recent programming. A qualified instructor reviews the result before teaching it.
