## Platform Fee

- Core ClassFlow platform: $399 per month.
- Payment processing fees are separate.

## Managed Communications

Provider-backed managed email and SMS are optional and billed separately when enabled.

- Managed: $29 per month with 1,000 included SMS segments.
- Growth: $59 per month with 3,000 included SMS segments.
- Scale: $99 per month with 6,000 included SMS segments.
- Add-on packs: 500 segments for $10, 1,000 for $20, or 2,500 for $50.

Actual sender, carrier, compliance, and usage requirements are confirmed before activation.

## Implementation and Migration

- Migration planning and standard CSV import paths are available for core operating data.
- Final migration scope and timing depend on source data quality and the existing vendor's export.
- Saved cards and autopay tokens may require processor migration or member re-entry.
- Branded-app rollout, studio-specific implementation, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing before launch.
